    Welcome to Skyguard! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skyguard, including any related services, features, content, and applications offered by Aerial Tech AG ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

  2. Privacy Policy
    Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information, is available at Privacy Policy . By using Skyguard, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  3. Disclaimer
    Skyguard for Drones and/or Aerial Tech AG provides information on how any drone operator, with their own knowledge, certification and legal responsibilities, operates drones. We are not responsible for the decisions and actions that are taken by any drone operator in part using Skyguard for Drones for those decisions and actions.

  4. Use of Our Service
    Skyguard provides features that allow you to plan and track drone flights. You must use our services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

    1. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and for ensuring your drone operations are legally compliant.

    2. Prohibited Uses: You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to violating aviation regulations or privacy laws.

  5. Account Registration
    You need to register for an account to access the features of our app. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

  6. Intellectual Property
    All content provided on Skyguard, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  7. User Content
    You may be able to submit content, such as flight plans or photos, to our service. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the user content you post to Skyguard.

  8. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

  9. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

  10. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
